Project rules

The behavior of projects can be modified using the settings described in the following table.

Project behavior settings
Setting Description

ALLOWPROJECTSUBFOLDERS

 Determines whether sub-projects can be used

ALLOWASSIGNTOASBUILTPROJECTS

 Determines whether documents can be assigned to as-built projects

ALLOWRELEASEDFROMDESIGNPROJECTS

 Determines whether documents can be released from design projects without being assigned to an as-built project.
